Chat is intended only for adults aged 18+ connecting from India. A checkbox is a declaration, not age verification. We may reject connections based on IP geolocation; VPNs can undermine country checks.
Do not threaten, harass, impersonate, groom, solicit minors, send unlawful or sexually exploitative material, share another person's personal information, spam or use automated accounts. Report violations using the Report button. Do not share phone numbers, addresses, passwords or financial information.
Three male and three female fictional AI companions are available, not real people. Their public names rotate daily in India time. AI profiles and conversations are labelled. Messages you send to AI companions and a limited recent context are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate replies. Do not share sensitive personal information. Replies can be inaccurate. AI conversations have usage limits and may be unavailable when limits are reached. Operator-provided, labelled AI companions are permitted; undisclosed automated accounts are not.
Public chat requires no account or phone login. A random browser identifier is kept in local storage to limit duplicate browser sessions and support moderation. It is not a verified identity; private browsing or a different device may create a different identifier.
By joining after accepting the entry notice, you acknowledge that the operator stores chat text (including AI replies), session identifiers, nickname, self-declared gender, timestamps, IP address, country, approximate region/city/timezone, network ASN and browser user-agent in Cloudflare D1. These records are available only through authenticated administrator access for safety review and handling reports. IP location is approximate and cannot identify a person or prove residence. We do not request GPS access.
Messages and live session records are backed up to a private Google Drive folder before a daily reset between 8 and 9 AM India time. The service verifies the saved archive, clears the backed-up live messages and session records, and disconnects current chats. If backup or verification fails, the data is preserved for a later retry. Drive archives remain under the operator’s control; clearing browser or live-server history does not erase those archives. Moderation reports and administrator audit records are retained separately for review. New logging cannot reconstruct older conversations. Cloudflare may also process technical logs. Applicable incident, security and legal retention requirements may apply.
Registration is optional and does not grant administrator access. We store your name, email, gender, adult declaration, registration timestamp and connection metadata after your explicit consent, and include these records in private daily Drive archives. Email-only submissions are unverified contact details and cannot overwrite another registration. When Google sign-in is enabled, the server verifies Google-signed identity tokens and stores the Google subject and email verification status. Google sign-in does not grant access to your Gmail messages or to administrator features. Registration records are retained for operator review; contact us for deletion requests.
Chat is not monitored in real time by a human. Reports and bans do not guarantee protection. For complaints and privacy requests contact [email protected]. This draft must be updated with the designated grievance officer/contact and response procedures before launch.
We may remove users, restrict access and comply with lawful orders. Service availability is not guaranteed. Do not treat the platform as an emergency service.
